Cheat-Proof Exam Results Breakdown by Topic

Hello brave heroes of e-learning!

I'm creating a cheat-resistant competency exam covering several topics. I want to give a breakdown on which topics are pass/fail without revealing the answers.

 

The structure of the exam is like this:

• Title Page welcome to the Chocolate Teapot Juggling Competency Exam
• 3 draws from Question Bank on topic of Teapots
• 2 draws from Question Bank on topic of Chocolate
• 5 draws from Question Bank on topic of Juggling
• Results Page

 

I'd love the results page to look something like...

• Teapots - Passed 66% of questions on this topic.
• Chocolate - Passed 50% of questions on this topic.
• Juggling - Passed 20% of questions on this topic. 
• You are recommended to review the Juggling lesson and retake the exam.

 

Any idea how I could do this?
