Closed captions in Google Chrome might not load initially or when resuming a course.
To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help!
Hi all. I encounter the same issue. And most puzzling: in a version from 23.7.20 cc were working fine. Now I cant get them to work even in a new test version. I don't remember a version update since 23.7. Any suggestions?

Hi Gina!
Thank you so much for sharing your file! In Text-to-Speech, you'll need to check the box next to Generate Closed Captions. After making this change, the CC button appears on the Player. Here's a quick demo to see this change in action.
We are now using Storyline 360 Update 43 (Build 3.43.22859.0). Make sure to keep the Articulate 360 Desktop app up to date to receive the newest features and bug fixes!
