Have you tested your course in another LMS environment like SCORM cloud to understand if this issue is specific to the LMS? I'd recommend testing your course in SCORM cloud. If the score is still showing as "passed," then it's likely we need to make a change to the course. If the score is marked as anything different than "passed," then I'd recommend reaching out to your LMS admin to ask if they've seen something similar!
