I'm sorry you are having this issue with the color selector! This would definitely qualify as erratic behavior. Here's an article that will provide some steps to get things working properly.

Thank YOU for responding, John! Unfortunately, the reinstall did not fix this issue. The undockable Color Selectors still only appear half way.
