Hi Teresa,
I'm happy to hear that the problem is now sorted out! Regarding what caused it, we can also rule out an issue with the browser version. Review 360 works best with the latest version. Was there a browser update that happened in between testing?

Our organization always has the latest version of Chrome. Not sure how often Chrome updates - but looks like last update was Nov 22, 2022, so that would not have been it.
