Comments Disappearing After Submission in Review 360
The missing Review 360 comments issue has happened to my team four times recently. This is where the reviewer has made multiple comments in the review and marked the review as complete. The developer then opens the course in Review 360 and there are no comments. It happened again today. I had the reviewer open the review, as well, and they do not see any of their comments. This particular reviewer is not new to Review 360 and has experience reviewing multiple courses successfully. I do have an open ticket on this issue and sent an update earlier today.

Hi JeffSanto-3fcde,
I'm sorry this is happening again! I know that's frustrating. Thanks for giving us an update here and in your case. I see you're working with my colleague Anna. You're in excellent hands! We'll continue the conversation over in your case, so everything is in one spot!

Same issue has happened again with another reviewer. It seems to only happen when I use the Request Review feature in Review 360 versus just sending a share link to the review.

Wow. It seems like a lose-lose for users. Since both ways of sharing fail, and only intermittently fail, we have no way to predict when this will happen and are stuck with the clean up (contacting SMEs, testing, getting them to resubmit and see if it works, etc.). This eats up development time, causes re-work for SMEs, and costs real dollars for users in time and energy.
A consistently working commenting function seems essential to a review tool.
Thanks for sharing! Hopefully Articulate provides a solution soon.

Happened again. Review comments were not retained from another team member today after the SME spent a considerable amount of time entering comments. The SME stated that the browser/site had an issue and crashed. When it came back up, the review was back at the starting point and there were no previous comments after having gone through 80% of the material.

That's frustrating. This is a basic function of a review tool by definition. Collecting comments and saving them is essential.
