Comments Disappearing After Submission in Review 360

I can see a feedback count of 5 in the top right corner. However, the corresponding comments do not appear in the comments panel.

The comments are only visible in the comment column after opening each individual chapter, but there is no longer an overview from the start.

I checked and see that Luciana has opened a support case and is currently working with you. To help with the investigation, she's requested a Review 360 link along with some additional information about the behavior you're seeing.
