Sorry to hear you've hit this snag with the comments added to Review 360! Happy to help!
Testing the behavior on my end, I was unable to reproduce the same issue.
- Does this issue occur across multiple browsers, or is it local to one specifically? Also, would accessing Review 360 via an Incognito Window make any difference?
- Have you tried clearing the browser cache to see if that improves the behavior?
