It sounds like you and your team are having some trouble leaving comments in Review 360! Sorry to hear that, but I'd be happy to assist!
A helpful first step would be to confirm that 'Enable Comments' has been selected. That checkmark is an icon so it may look like it's enabled, but you need to click the enable comments button.
