Comments Pane Disappears in Review 360 when Viewing on Phone
This issue is happening for us as well today. The Comments box activates like it is going to allow you to type, but you can't type and the Post button is grayed out. We have confirmed proper Share Settings. We've had both registered and non-registered users have the same result, and we've tested in both Chrome and Edge. If it's multiple people, it's probably not a cache issue. Anyone have ideas? Thanks much!

- Is this happening for all of your reviewers or just some?
- Have they tried using an incognito window to access the Review 360 link? I'm curious if they would experience any difference in that mode!
If your reviewers are using the latest version of their supported browser, I recommend that they clear their browser cookies or cache to see if this helps.
