Comments panel not showing in Storyline 360
I published a course to Review 360 from Storyline 360. A work colleague has reviewed the course and added comments. However, I do not see the Comments panel in Storyline 360. Should this show automatically or is there a setting to turn this feature on?

Hi David,
There is not specific setting to turn it ON.
First thing you need to check that if you are on the same link or not, which means when you are publishing the course for the second time it should be on the same course name or you have to select the same name from the drop down of existing course.
Thanks

Thanks Yogesh
Your response put me on the right track. There seems to be a break in the link to comments after republishing the course after ownership of the course has been transferred between team members. Something to keep in mind.

Hi David,
Break in comments appears only if owner has deleted that slide then only you'll get scene not found section in the review link.
Hope I have answered to your question, if not please share the SS for the same.
Thanks

Hi David,
Thanks so much for reaching out! Sorry to hear you've run into this snag. Happy to help!
If you're still unable to access the comments, I recommend these workarounds:
- Confirm if you're working on your local drive; working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
- Try running these steps to fix installation issues.
Looking forward to hearing from you! ✨
