Comments visibility in Review360 link

Some comments in Review360 link are only visible in Feedback view and missing from the slide view. Please help.

Have you removed slides? Other wise the comments should be visible

    Hi Phill,

    I imported the slides in other file, and published the scene over the existing link. The slide sequence and slide master is same. 
    the comments are visible in Feedback view but not in slide view on review link. also this happened with some of the comments and not for all comments.

      Just in case you haven't seen my colleague Kelly's reply from earlier in this discussion, I wanted to mention her helpful questions so we can learn more about your experience!

      Are you experiencing this in more than one course that you're viewing in Review 360, or just this one? Are the missing comments from different users? 

      Feel free to share your file in this thread or privately in a support case. We'll be sure to delete materials when we're done!
