Review360 - disappearing comments
Hi all,
Has anyone experienced an issue with disappearing comments in Review360? I've asked for some feedback from the team in the last 3 months, and every now and again the comments are just not being posted in the review360. Sometimes the issue can be resolved by refreshing the page, but sometimes it doesn't work all together.
I just had an email from one of the colleague who said they posted several comments and are hoping I'll review the content, but I can't see the comments.
Last week I've also received an email from another team member who said that the comment disappeared as soon as they posted it.
Is there any way this issue can be solved? :)

I know that kind of issue can be a real headache. Let’s see what we can do.
We’ve seen this happen now and then, and it usually ties back to a few common things.
Here are some quick tips that often help:
- Refresh the page. Commenters should refresh to make sure their session is active and the comment actually posts. Viewers should refresh to see the latest thread.
- Close extra Review 360 tabs. Having more than one open can cause hiccups.
- Use the latest version of Chrome or Edge. That’s where Review 360 works best.
- Try posting off VPN. Sometimes network filters get in the way.
- Check your filters. Make sure “Unread” or “Resolved” aren’t hiding anything.
