I took a look at your project file and saw that it was missing a 'Submit Results' trigger in the Result Slide.
With this trigger added, I can confirm that your course was able to communicate both 'Completion' data as well as record the response of the learner in an LMS.
I've attached an edited version of your project file for testing. Try uploading and testing it on your LMS, and let me know if you can see both the completion mark and your learner's response in the reporting section!
