Thanks for letting us know that you're running into an issue with learners getting a zero unexpectantly.
You mentioned that the course does not have scores. Is there a Graded Result Slide or a Survey Result Slide in the course?
Do you experience a similar result when testing the course in SCORM Cloud or is this issue limited to your LMS?
