Computer Memory Specs
Even with my brand new laptop Storyline 360 crashes every 5 minutes or so. I've tried all the solutions that have previously been posted so.... I'm going for a new angle here. What memory specs do...

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're having. These things can be frustrating. The specs you listed are well with-in Storyline 360 minimum requirements. Here is an article that includes some other things you can check on to hopefully get things working correctly.
