Fonts on computer but not found in storyline
I have a list of fonts on my PC, some of which I'd like to use in Storyline but they're not showing up under Design/fonts. How do I get storyline to recognize these fonts?
Computers work in mysterious ways....sigh...after posting this it started working properly. I had installed the HelveticaNeueLT Std Cn font in windows a day ago. I don't see it listed with that font name, only the one mentioned above. Alas, the missing font message went away, everything is back to normal and Storyline shows this font as the default font.

Shoot! Never mind, I found them...They don't list until you create a custom font set...

If you install a font whilst storyline is open you need to close and reopen

Revisiting this font problem. I upgraded my PC which came with Windows 11. I installed the Helvetica series of fonts. In Widows 11 the HelveticaNeueLT Std Cn font has been renamed Helvetica Neue LT Std 57 Condensed. It's the same font just a different name. Of course, Storyline doesn't recognize the new name so fails to use it. The problem is going back to update programs that use the Helvetica font (nearly all of them) gives me the warning but more problematic, it breaks all my slide titles and bullet fonts, resizing and putting them out of position. I have a lot of programs that I have to update and edit. This is a big problem. I think I could solve it by renaming the font set in Windows but apparently that is easier said than done. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve the name differences?
