Continue Block set with "Complete the Content Above Before Moving On" not working

I've got this issue, and it's still not enabling the continue button on Rise even though I have a complete course trigger when the learner clicks submit, and I have "track using complete course trigger" in the reporting and tracking options.

I am having to leave the Rise 'continue' buttons fully enabled so that the learner can progress, but this will enable them to skip through without completing the exercises. Any suggestions would be much appreciated if anyone still monitors this? 

I'll try a support case in a few days if not though!

Hello DanielleRyan-0c! Based on what you've shared, it sounds like you've set up the Storyline and Continue blocks correctly, so if they aren't working as expected, we'd want to see your file to test! Can you send a copy of your Rise 360 course to our team at support@articulate.com? We'll let you know once we receive it and begin troubleshooting.

    Hi Lauren, thanks for reply. I swapped them to 'continue' so that I could send the modules for review, but I'll add a reminder for myself to change them back, test it and send to support if they are still behaving the same way! It won't be straight away as I'm onto something else for now but will put it on my list.
