BUTTONS AND TRIGGER "COMPLETE COURSE"
Hi, I’ve worked on several projects today where there is information that needs to be completed when the buttons are in the visited state. I used the “complete course” trigger when all buttons are visited, but when the block is inserted in Rise and the condition is met, the block doesn’t open. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Hello, I installed the previous version as you suggested in your response, and now the course completion trigger works when I insert it as a block in Rise. I’ll wait for this issue to be fixed in future updates. Thank you very much for your help.

Based on the limited description, there are a few things that might be going wrong:
- The "complete course" trigger isn't firing. For example, "when the timeline starts on this slide," with conditions checking if all the buttons are Visited. Those conditions wouldn't be met when the timeline starts.
- The tracking option isn't set to "Use triggers" when you publish the course to Review 360, and the tracking option used isn't being met.

It might also be a bug I've read about in the community. Some SL blocks published with the most recent version of SL don't complete in Rise. The solution is to uninstall SL and install an earlier version. Articulate 360: Using the Desktop-Authoring Apps | Articulate - Community
