Continue button in Rise unlocking early
Hello,
I looked through several discussions and couldn't find this particular issue regarding the Continue button.
I have set my Continue button in my Rise lesson to Complete All Blocks Above. However, the user only needs to complete the Knowledge Check question directly above to have the Continue button unlock. It is not requiring the learner to listen to the audio files that are above the Knowledge Check.
Is this how it is suppose to function? I thought if it was set to Complete ALL Blocks Above, they would be required to do just that - complete ALL of the blocks in the lesson. Not just the Knowledge Check.
Hoping to come up with a fix because my client needs to require the learner to listen to the audio files in addition to completing the Knowledge Check.
Thanks,
Carrie

I just tried it in a lesson that had text, an audio file, text, and then a knowledge check block followed by a continue button that required they complete all blocks above. I did have to listen to the audio in addition to completing the knowledge check, so it worked as expected. Can you share a review link of your course or a screenshot?
Hello CarrieAlbin-b90,
It looks like elizabeth has you covered!
As she mentioned, the Review 360 link would be helpful. If you'd also like assistance with your Rise 360 project and are open to sharing a copy of the course privately, please open a support case with us.
Our Customer Support Engineers will gladly take a closer look at the blocks and investigate the issue further.

I submitted a case yesterday and worked with Christian. I guess he found a small bug in that if you have another Continue button somewhere else above the Continue button with the conditions set, it doesn't require you to complete anything else above. So in my case I had a Next Question (continue button) between the two knowledge check questions. So it was only requiring users to complete the one knowledge check and nothing else above the Next Question button. They are looking into this to see if they can fix it but in the meantime I just deleted the Next Question button and it solved my issue. Thanks!
