Continue button not working
I have created several courses (what we are calling modules) for a course. There are no requirements for the learner to move forward so I have left all of the continue buttons set to "None Always show button." I have not changed it for any of the lessons. I have 3 lessons' CONTINUE button inside one module that are not acting as expected. Usually they just bounce the learner into the next lesson. These are adding a step. See attached picture for reference. Any ideas? I have already deleted them, logged all the way out, cleared cache, and reset to no avail. Thanks so much!!
Hi Amy,
Happy to help!
Based on your screenshot, it looks like you're seeing the lesson header of your course. Have you checked your Theme settings to see if the "Hide Lesson Headers" toggle is off?
If toggling the lesson headers doesn't fix the issue, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing.

Exact thing is happening to me - and just to one section in an 8-section lesson. My Hide Lesson Headers toggle is OFF. Any other suggestions?

Hi Amy,
Simple solution but it happened to me lately, so I'm sharing my experience on your issue. Check if you put a divider (without any colour) by mistake right after your continue button...I know it sounds too simple but that was my trouble shooting in my last development course. So delete it and your ''Continue'' button will work perfectly. Merry Christmas to the A360 community 😁

Quick follow-up: found a work-around. Created a new lesson, then created a block template with all of the content from the "broken" lesson, and copied it into the new lesson. A little archaic - but it worked.
Still very weird that ONE Continued button didn't work when they worked fine in all other lessons. Hope you can figure out why that happens, and try to fix it in an upgrade down the road...
