I'd love to help you troubleshoot!
First, here's a quick video demo of the copy/paste experience in Storyline 3 Update 11.
A few questions to help us find a fix:
- Is this happening with any file type? (I used a JPG file during my test.)
- Could you let me know what your flow looks like?
- What happens after you paste the image into another Storyline file?
