Hi all
i have the exact same issue as well with Cornerstone, the user fails the test but its reported as complete! This is a no go.
How to solve this, anyone already having a solution on this? Quite an urgent matter for me!

I've been exploring this same situation. If you are still looking for Failed on SCORM, there is a setting in CSOD which can be enabled to allow SCORM to display as Failed. Mentioned at the bottom of the attached.
