Discussed many times. It's not yet possible in standard Rise, I expect a staff account to jump on and say they've put the idea on their list - hopefully it sees the light of day soon. I've posted about a storyline embed before (example, storyline source, alternate scorm-based tool, discussion, another discussion). The Mighty extension also has a tool for inserting text entries that don't require an answer.
