Course complete trigger not working

Our courses are not completing either, both Rise and Storyline, even though I had update to the latest storyline and republished the courses, that still didn't help. I have just updated the completion for the storyline courses to complete using the number of slides viewed. but this is not ideal. The results slide didn't make a difference either. ANy ideas?
Hi Sasha, some LMS's use the story.html to start. If you change that to the correct start file (e.g. index_lms.html) it will work. Have you checked this?
I am having the same issue but only with a project created back in 2019. I've tried multiple things to no avail. How does one change the start file to index_lms.html? This project only has the format available for HTML5.
