Is there a way to edit the course completed button that pops up automatically at the end of a course?

Thanks for sharing the image of what you are seeing and would like to customize.
The notification looks to be coming from your LMS and not Storyline. I'd recommend reaching out to your Talent LMS team or perhaps someone in the community will be able to chime in and help.
