Course completion display

I have uploaded xAPI with the tracking using course completion 100% and the exit course link disabled.

When I have uploaded into our LMS both the Articulate 360 course exit and the LMS course exit, represented by an X, displays which confuses our users and ultimately if they exit the incorrect way (Articulate 360 COURSE EXIT button) the course is not marked as completed.

Has anyone else experienced this situation and how did you resolve this issue.

    Hello LisaThorpe-b60e,

    Thanks for sharing what you’re seeing with the LMS!

    I understand you’ve turned off the Exit Course link in your Rise 360 course. Just to make sure we’re on the same page, when you mention the “Articulate 360 course exit button”, are you referring to the browser’s close (X) button?

    Enabling the Exit Course link when publishing to your LMS usually works best for tracking completion. You can also let your learners know to use that link to exit instead of closing the browser window.

    We’d love to hear from others in the community, as their experiences may suggest additional solutions worth exploring.
