Course freezing on slide, but audio continues?

I'm running a fairly simple course on Storyline that utilizes a video, and an automated power point slide show with voice over. When I get to a specific slide in the course, the slide will not advance, however the audio continues from the next slides? Can anyone explain why this is happening? I've checked all the triggers and advancements but nothing that explains this behaviour?

    Hi Steve, is it possible for me to check your Storyline file. It's not a known issue, and so it is more likely that the set-up of the module is not quite right.
