Sorry to hear you've run into setbacks with the quiz completion status of your Storyline course!
It would be helpful to take a closer look at the project file itself and check the triggers that have been built out so far. Would you be comfortable sharing a copy of the .story file here in the discussion or privately through a support case?
We'll delete it from our system as soon as troubleshooting is complete!
