Course marking complete in LMS when completion trigger not reached

Hi, I don't see here how they fixed this.  Is there a solution with the configuration of the course, or is a bug only fixed by IT?

    Hello AngelaMorales-f! I'm happy to help! I see this discussion is specific to courses using the Classic player that are not being marked complete in an LMS. Do you have a course that you're working on using the Classic player, too? 

     

    If you're using the Modern player and finding the course isn't marked complete in your LMS, we'd want to know more about your setup. For example, which LMS are you using, and which SCORM version are you choosing when publishing? When a course isn't working as expected in an LMS, we usually recommend testing the course in another LMS environment like SCORM cloud to determine if the issue is stemming from the course or LMS environment.
