Courses not Functioning Properly in LMS
I have a bunch of courses that we are trying to get to work in our LMS (Cornerstone). I publish them as I normally do. When we test it, start the course, and return the Resume Where you Left off the Continue button doesn't work. You can't click it, it just buffers. The weird thing is if you click the "full screen" box at the top of your browser it stops doing it and you can click Continue.
It is only happening with certain courses. We reached out to our LMS support team and they said it isn't on that end. I made sure I have all the latest updates in Storyline.
Has anyone come across this issue and have a solution or workaround?

One way to test if a course issue is LMS specific is to see how your course will behave in another LMS. We recommend testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see if you will encounter the issue there as well. Here's how:
If the issue is only happening in Cornerstone, you can try enabling the LMS debug logs of your course to see exactly what's happening in the background right when the error occurs.
If you are able to experience the behavior in SCORM Cloud, open a case with our team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
