One way to test if a course issue is LMS specific is to see how your course will behave in another LMS. We recommend testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see if you will encounter the issue there as well. Here's how:
If the issue is only happening in Cornerstone, you can try enabling the LMS debug logs of your course to see exactly what's happening in the background right when the error occurs.
If you are able to experience the behavior in SCORM Cloud, open a case with our team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
