Courses Not Showing in Team Folders Despite Manager Permissions

I was given the answer (in case anyone comes back to this thread) thanks to Robert.
By default, the filter in the upper right is set to only show you content "Owned by Me". This means you cannot see anything but your own content, even if you have Manager access of it! So please flip this switch.
Second, it appears the thread I linked was incorrect, and overarching folder settings DO influence the settings of the courses placed in them. I have a folder I am the Owner of, and all courses in that folder appear to give me Manager permissions.
Robert did a great job!
I will be submitting an idea to allow this to be changed as a default setting if someone chooses. It will be a bit annoying to always select Owned by anyone for every session - would love if I could switch the default!
