Courses slowed down/sluggish on touchscren devices.
I found out that some courses slowed down/sluggish when they are running on touchscren devices. Usually it happens on drag&drop slides. I found that issue occurs more often when course is published on laptop than desktop machine. I use different SL versions, from 3.6 to 3.12 and I also found the problem is more common on 3.10/3.12 that on 3.6 version. Courses are fine on PC but slow down on touchscreen (all-in-one) devices. Do you have any idea what might the reason?

We have an open bug related to drag and drop questions slides not working when using the touchscreen on a Surface Pro. Are you using a Surface Pro as well? If not, what device are you using where drag and drop slides are lagging?

We use Panasonic FZ-Y1 device.
When bug appear then we just change computer where output is created (different PC/different Storyline version) and sometimes it helps.
Best working outputs are published on PC with Storyline 3.6, so we have to keep old version of Storyline and avoid updates to SL.3.12 on few machines in our office which is very problematic.
