Courses uploaded to Scrom Cloud with scorm 1.2 cannot be opened after Rise update
Hello all.
Recently I tested the course with scrom cloud after Rise update, and I noticed that it works only with xAPI, but scorm 1.2 is no longer supported and can be uploaded, but the course can not be opened.
How can this happen, does scrom cloud not support Scorm anymore, or the problem with Rise update?
Does this problem also occur with others?
Hi Jack! So sorry to hear that our SCORM 1.2 file no longer works in SCORM Cloud after the Rise update.
I tested this today, and it is working. Please open a case with us so that one of our technical support engineers can help you troubleshoot your SCORM 1.2 file.
