Creating a Decision Tree with long answers
Good morning,
I am looking for assistance with creating a decision tree where the answers have long responses. I keep running into issues finding the right template.

Thank you KellyAuner​ - This gets me started, but I need triggers for 9 "yes" responses and 8 "no" responses. I am having issues adding additional slides and triggers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
