Critical Errors with Rise files when published
I uploaded a rise zip file to LMS and it showed "Critical Errors" with Failed to Unzip: Could not Unzip File, The file....already exists.
I followed the file path to locate the duplicates and removed them. However, after I removed duplicates, it showed "Resource file is missing" and the missing files are exactly what I removed out.
Is there any way to resolve this issue?

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Are you uploading a new version of a course, or overwriting an existing course?
- Have you tried uploading a new instance of the course?
- Are you able to replicate the behavior in a different LMS such as SCORM Cloud?
If your LMS is detecting that you're uploading to a location that has existing files, try uploading to a different location if possible to see if this helps. Also, deleting just the duplicates might leave files from your older course that might conflict with the new set of course files, so if you'll be deleting copies of the files of your older course, you'll want to make sure that you're deleting 100% of them.
