Cropping Issues

With the latest update, the crop feature on pictures does about anything but crop the picture. Maybe 1/10 times it'll actually crop the picture. Though the other 9/10 times it might expand the width...

Hi, Spencer and Melissa.

Are you able to share a screen recording of what you're experiencing so we can investigate this issue? I am using the latest version of Storyline, and I can't reproduce this behavior. See below:

    I do have a support ticket as well and have since discovered that crop works when I insert a photo but the issue I have is trying to crop a copy of the "clipart/background" that I pasted from the slide master. What I had done was select and copy from the slide master the background image and then closed out of the master and did a ctrl+shift+D to paste it in the exact spot and then I wanted to crop out the border so that all I was left with was the "paper and lines" part of the image. This should have left the image in the exact spot I pasted it but instead it does what I showed in the screencast.
