Custom Block - Images/Gifs not loading/appearing
Hello!
I am creating a custom block where the image/gif is on the left, the title and copy is on the right and below is an audio recording. I am running into issues where the content that I am uploading (images/gifs/videos) aren't loading when I preview or even upload. I have tried using it with other custom blocks and stock images from the Articulate library and the same story.
I have cleared history/cache/data, updated my chrome, updated my laptop, made sure all my articulate apps are up to date (even though this is a RISE course) and even spoke to the custom blocks team at DevLearn in Las Vegas last week... wondering if anyone has any advice on how to solve this.

The blank space on the left is where the "image" is however, it's just a blank screen

Sorry to hear you're having trouble uploading media to Custom Blocks in Rise 360!
From the screenshot you've shared, it looks like you're working with a Mixed Media (Bio) Block. Using Google Chrome, I tested this Block on my end, but couldn't replicate the same behavior. All of my media elements previewed, and published as expected.

SNiepoth I know how you feel! I've had the exact same problem on and off for a few weeks now, but none of my colleagues is experiencing this. Most of the time the picture or video won't even upload into my custom block so I can work with it (see pic attached: the image I want to add won't show and is in the very front of the block layers).
And it's not just my own visuals, it's the same with images from the articulate Rise library as well.
Sometimes it works when I sign out and then sign in again. But most of the time I just have to "wait it out", which is really annoying when you have a deadline.If anyone has any ideas, let us know!
