Custom Block - Images/Gifs not loading/appearing
StevenBenassi I have the same problem here with adding images in custom block. Do you have any news on a fix for this problem ?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with adding images to your custom blocks in Rise. I wasn't able to replicate the issue you reported so I’ve created a support ticket for you so one of our Customer Engineers can take a closer look at what’s happening.

I seem to be having the same issue with custom blocks. I am unable to upload any customized images or images from Library. This includes any gifs. Please help
I still haven't been able to create custom blocks - hopefully someone can help you!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble adding media to Custom Blocks in Rise 360!
Using Google Chrome, I tested a few different Custom Blocks but had no trouble uploading images from the Content Library. Or local GIFs from my machine.
No worries! I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have some follow-up questions to start:
- Does the issue occur across all supported browsers, or is it specific to one? Also, does clearing your browser's cache make any improvement?
- If possible, can you try connecting to another network? Such as a home Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot to determine if the issue is network-based.
- Does the issue persist across all Custom Blocks, or only certain ones?
