Custom Block - Images/Gifs not loading/appearing
SNiepoth I know how you feel! I've had the exact same problem on and off for a few weeks now, but none of my colleagues is experiencing this. Most of the time the picture or video won't even upload into my custom block so I can work with it (see pic attached: the image I want to add won't show and is in the very front of the block layers).
And it's not just my own visuals, it's the same with images from the articulate Rise library as well.
Sometimes it works when I sign out and then sign in again. But most of the time I just have to "wait it out", which is really annoying when you have a deadline.
If anyone has any ideas, let us know!
StevenBenassi I have the same problem here with adding images in custom block. Do you have any news on a fix for this problem ?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with adding images to your custom blocks in Rise. I wasn't able to replicate the issue you reported so I’ve created a support ticket for you so one of our Customer Engineers can take a closer look at what’s happening.
