Sorry to hear that Custom Block font sizes are not rendering as expected.
I can confirm that we have this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360. This bug causes Custom Block font style and size to differ between edit/preview mode and the published output. I've linked this discussion to the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready.
