Custom learner profile fields new in reach 360

I understand you're attempting to create a drop-down custom profile field, but you're unable to save it. Are you receiving an error? If you're willing to share a screenshot or screen recording, that'd be helpful to visualize what's going on! Please note that when editing the learning profile section, you'll need to enter values for all required fields to save your changes.

Currently, you must assign users to groups, then, once self-registration is enabled for your account, you can create self-registration links that automatically add new and existing learners to a specific group. Here's how:

1. On the group tab, hover over an entry in the list and click Add a self-registration link.
2. Click the Share icon.
3. Click Copy to copy the URL and Download the QR Code to download an image file of the QR code with the same name as the group.

When learners use the generated link, they're automatically added to the associated group. I hope this helps!
