Customizing CC

Is there a way to customize CC fonts — like changing the font color or removing the background behind the captions? Currently, under Colors and Effects, I can only see limited options.

Which version of Storyline 360 do you currently have installed? In Storyline 360's most recent version, you have the option to edit both the Closed Caption's text color and background color to match your visibility requirements. 

If you're not on the recent version, update your Storyline 360 installation to take advantage of these feature updates.
