Data security
Curious to know for those working with highly sensitive information in developing training material for their customers, if we are only using the desktop applications, is our data/material 100% secure from being accessed from external/third party providers, including Articulate? Apologies if this sounds like a common-sense type question, but with the development of AI, and even the processes of updating applications, i'd like to double-check! Thanks in advance.
The security of the information on your computer depends on the security of your computer and your network.
I've worked with a Fortune 500 company in a highly regulated industry, and their IT-security folks allowed work with Storyline (desktop app) as well as Rise and Review (cloud-based apps).
