Default font colour
Hi all
I know how to change the default colour in the settings, but can you set a default colour for the font? It seems to be set to grey, and I need to go and change each text block to black.

Does anyone know if Articulate has this change on their radar? It is still a time suck to go through and make each font colour black.
@articulate - any progress here?
Thank you in advance.

+1 to all of this. Working on building a Rise template to be used with multiple courses and the client is very focused on accessibility. I'm having to manually change every single block template to black font, it's an enormous waste of time.

Also chiming in that this is still an issue, still quite time consuming. Am also curious why the default isn't black for the highest possible contrast from an accessibility perspective. With the introduction of themes, I had hoped for the ability to control this better.

Agree, default to black for accessibility. Especially in the multiple choice question feedback. The default font colour fails colour contrast, and that is when colour picking the darkest patches of colour on the text. Due to font smoothing, the contrast gets worse.

This is just frustrating. For over 4 years and nothing has changed :-D
I really loved your product - LarryTurner-fd6Community Member
Nearing the end of 2022, I would like to keep the request active to address the font and color customization. I see in the Rise Roadmap that the Text Contrast Controls are In Development, and while that is seen as helpful, I would see a huge benefit in being able to set the default color and font in one location. Also, with much work likely being copy-pasted from other sources as we build these modules, fonts and colors tend to get introduced, and the changes could be potentially overlooked. I would like to be able to make a universal check to ensure that all content is forced to a designated color and font. Obviously bold and other formats should remain.
