Delete or Edit a section in my lesson

Am I going mad? I am editing an existing lesson and want to change out an image I cannot see the edit button or delete to remove or edit the image or text.

If I log onto another computer it is OK

    Hi Jane,

    Is your browser zoom settings set to 100%?

    If you move the mouse cursor over the default bicycle image, do the icons pop-up?
