Thank you for your response.

  • We are accessing the course through an LMS.
  • Yes, we are experiencing the issue with non-iOS browsers (Google Chrome).
  • The iOS version is iOS 14.

    Hello Padmakar,

    Thanks for the additional information. Since your courses are hosted on an LMS, I'd recommend testing how your course behaves in a different LMS to help isolate if the issue is specific to your hosting environment. Here's how you can test your course in SCORM Cloud:
