Different "Classes" assignable with submissions going toward different teachers?

I am currently creating an online course for educational purposes.

It will be designed for classes with 10-25 students. Each class has 2 teachers.

How do I "bundle" the students so ONLY the 2 teachers can see submissions from quizes, answers etc. etc.

And is it possible to only send email toward those students and teachers without sending the same to other classes.

The intention is to make the teachers self-reliant on what they can do, send and interact with, without seeing 100's of other students answers etc.

Is something like this possible? If yes, how?
