Hi Sanja! First, what kind of video are you using?
- If you are uploading a video file from your hard drive to Rise 360, you can add closed captions to the video using this method.
- If you are embedding a video from YouTube, Vimeo, or a similar streaming site, many of those videos already have closed captions enabled. If your web video doesn't have closed captions and you want to use the Ozplayer for a transcript, the video could possibly be embedded in a Multimedia Embed block.
